For Influencers
We believe individuals, like you, should be rewarded for your work based on results. That’s why we set-up an awesome platform where Businesses can collaborate with Affiliates – Influencers and sales agents – to meet agreed targets, whether to promote brands, make sales or generate qualified leads.
Your success will depend on your skills, interest, availability and ambition. You choose whether you’re better suited to be an Influencer or whether you want to work purely as a sales agent, or even a bit of both! It’s up to you on how you’ll reach target audiences, when and where your job gets done, and how efficiently you deliver each Campaign’s requirements. Apply to opportunities you’re eligible for and that suits your strengths and interests, so pick product ranges and/or individual items you believe you could successfully represent. For example, as a makeup artist Influencer, you may want to promote and sell beauty products, cosmetics or skincare.
The business posting the Opportunity will review your interest and Profile. If you’re chosen, or awarded, then follow the Campaign details and start date to quickly meet your targets.
Walee is the easiest online Business partnership to start earning passive income – low-cost but high-profit Opportunities. All the challenges and rewards are your own, so your performance relies on your skill, determination and approach - best of luck!
What are the different account types on Walee?
Walee has two account types:
Influencer - you can earn by promoting and selling sponsored products, services, or messages to your followers and network, like family and friends
Business - you can promote or sell your products and services by creating and running campaigns using influencers
Do I need two different profiles - one for my web account and another for the Walee app?
You only need to sign up for one Influencer account. Your Email address and Password will be the same for both your app and web access. Note, if you decide to open a Business account, you cannot use the same Email address, instead use your official business Email address.
What is meant by Profile Completion?
Profile Completion means that you have forwarded valid and complete information about yourself so that you can only apply for Opportunities Opportunities. So, you should have completed a 4 step verification process located on your Profile Profile screen.
On my Profile screen I can see Pending - what is it?
Pending refers to the completion stage of your Profile Profile and states it is still being processed. This means you have submitted the requested information and document, and now your Profile Profile is awaiting review by Walee Support Team
What is meant by Profile Rejection?
If you have a Rejected Profile then it means you submitted incorrect and/or invalid profile information, for example your Full Name, Date of Birth, Proof of ID or your social media channels, which was not approved or accepted by the Walee Support Team
Why should I provide my bank details to complete my profile?
We need to ensure that Walee can efficiently transfer to your earnings and to do so, we need your Bank details to conduct Cash out transactions.
How long does it take to Validate my profile details?
Our Walee Services Team will review your details and will either Validate or Reject your Profile, and depending on the accuracy of your information, it should generally take about one working day.
What’s Walee?
Walee is a mobile and web platform to help Businesses seamlessly find, connect, collaborate and pay Influencers on campaign Opportunities posted.
Where can I download the Walee app from?

Why install the Walee app?
By downloading the Walee app, you can easily keep updated and manage your Opportunities Opportunities, Pocket Pocket and events, as you will be notified about anything that needs your immediate attention - like being awarded an Opportunity.
What’s Proof of ID referenced during sign up to Walee?
Proof of ID refers to official and valid government documentation that verifies your identity, and can be your CNIC or passport, or any other national identity document which shows your key details such as your Full Name, Date of Birth and your official Address. Please note, the following are not accepted: university ID cards, workplace ID cards including military cards or housing ID.
Why am I being asked for Proof of ID for sign up?
Your Proof of ID helps us authenticate you on behalf of Businesses, and is used to keep your account safe and free from identity theft.
What are Social Channels for sign up?
Social Channels refer to the links to your social media profiles on different platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Bigo and others.
What’s the difference between Walee Technologies Pvt Ltd. (IOP) and Walee?
Walee Technologies Pvt Ltd. is a community of influencers in Pakistan. Walee is the platform where Influencers can easily participate and manage Opportunities in Campaigns, keep updated on activities, Pocket Pocket, news and upcoming events.
Why do I have to verify my email address for sign up?
We need to ensure that you’ve entered a valid Email Address where we can contact you, as well as help keep your Walee account safe.
I don’t have a bank account yet, can I still sign up for a Walee account?
Without a bank account, you can still Sign up to Walee, apply for Opportunities and earn. When you’re ready to transfer your Pocket balance, you need to have set-up a bank account. You can view the full list of 30+ banks and payment vendors from your Pocket.
Why do I need to verify my email and mobile number ?
We need to ensure you’ve entered a correct and working email and mobile number so that we can safely contact you at you should the need arise.
What should I do if after Sign up, an error message is displayed?
Follow the instructions on the error message. You can also Please report your system error to Walee Support Team, adding the screenshot or take a note of what error message you’re getting where for easy follow-up: Report a system problem
After sign up, how can I earn?
Once logged in, you should immediately update your Profile so that you can apply for Opportunities. If you’re selected, follow the instructions given by the business and meet your targets to earn.
Why is my Profile rejected?
You used invalid information e.g., name, dob, proof of ID, social media channels during Profile Completion due to which your Profile has been Rejected by Walee Customer Support Team. To complete your Profile, update your details with valid information
Why id my Profile still pending?
Your Profile is Pending because Walee support Team is reviewing your Profile. if your Profile status does not update within three working days, contact to Walee Support Team
Why do I need to upload a Proof of ID?
We need to validate your identity to help keep your account safe and it is a requirement to setup your bank or vendor payment account where you will receive your earnings.
Why do I have to share my Bank details?
Without a bank account, you can still Sign up to Walee, apply for Opportunities and earn. When you are ready to transfer your Pocket Balance, you need a bank account where we can transfer your earnings - we support more than 30 banks and payment vendor options.
What’s an Opportunity?
An Opportunity refers to a chance to work on a Campaign sponsored by a Business. For example, a fashion Business would post an Opportunity for Instagram Influencers interested in promoting its new clothing brand and has offered to pay for every page view of their clothing collection’s image posted on the Instagrammers’ account.
What are the different kinds of Opportunities?
Every Opportunity is different and is defined by Businesses when creating their Campaigns. You, as an Influencer, can post content that you have either created or was developed for you, by the Business, or share content.
Are the Businesses listed in the Opportunities “real” i.e. authentic?
Yes. Our Walee Services Team conducts background checks on Businesses who want to run Campaigns using Influencers.
What’s an Opportunity deadline?
An Opportunity Deadline is the cutoff point, by date and time, to submit your interest for an active Opportunity so that the Business can consider your application. You will be unable to submit your Application after the deadline.
What should I do with the Key Link you sent me for the Opportunity?
You need to share your (complete) Unique Key Link with your followers and/or other networks, such as friends and family. As per the Opportunity requirements, when anyone clicks on your Unique Link, Signs up, or completes a purchase within the Campaign Duration, then your commission is automatically added to your Walee Pocket
What should do if an Opportunity is awarded to me?
After being Awarded an Opportunity, the Business will email or DM you instructions on next steps, and this happens soon after the Opportunity closes. For example, for commission-based sales, you will receive a unique promo code and the validity time period, like from 2 - 10 December 2020.
Why is my Application not Accepted or Rejected by the Business yet?
Businesses can receive hundreds or even thousands of applications and so may require some time to make accept or reject decisions. If your Application has not been processed for more than three weeks, please Report an Opportunity issue .
Why am I unable to apply for Opportunities?
To apply for an Opportunity, ensure your Profile is Completed, Submitted and Verified. If your Profile is completed and you still cannot apply for an Opportunity, please Report an Opportunity issue
How many Opportunities can I apply for at one time?
There is no limit to apply on Opportunities. You can apply to as many Campaigns as you want, as long as you meet the specified needs i.e., are eligible.
What should I do if my Awarded Opportunity shows I earned, but the amount is missing from my Pocket balance?
View your earnings amount on your Opportunities page, and then check whether you have transferred your balance earlier. If you believe there is an error, please Report Pocket Balance Issue
What’s the minimum Pocket balance needed to Cash out?
Generally, you need at least Rs. 100, but this amount can vary, or change at any time.
What bank and vendor payment options are available?
We offer more than 30 payment provider options – view the full payment partner list at Walee Pocket
What’s Transaction History?
Transaction History refers to all your key activities performed on Walee, including their latest status. To view, go to your Pocket screen and click on the Transaction History button.
What’s a TX ID (Transaction ID)?
Tx ID is the reference number of your transaction request in your Pocket, and is shown for each record in your Transaction History.
What’s TX Status (transaction status) ?
TX Status refers to the three processing states of your cash out request from your Pocket - Pending, Done, or Rejected.
Top 4 reasons you cannot login
Sorry you’re having a problem logging in - please go through this checklist first to immediately fix your issue
- Are there any error messages at login? For example, Password and account name are case sensitive so check if your CAPS lock is on
- Did you receive any Walee account updates by email? You may have forgotten about a password change. Or, we could have sent a security notice stating your account is temporarily deactivated due to suspicious activity
- Have you logged in before? You may not have completed the Sign up process, like clicking on a link sent to your email address within 24 hours. Please check your email.
- Have you checked Known issues in case there maybe as system-wise problem?
I still can’t login to the Walee app with the same email and password as my web account
You should be able to login to Walee app and website using the same Email Address and Password. First, follow instructions for Top 4 reasons you cannot login. If you are still having issues, take screenshots of any error messages and Report Login Issue
When can I Cash out my Pocket balance?
You can place your Cash out request any time on your app or web. Please note, that payment processing times are set by the payment partners and will vary according to work days.
What payment options are available?

Will I be charged any fees for transferring my Walee balance to my Bank account?
There is a low banking transfer fee that applies. For now, we are currently waiving all bank transfer fees, so it’s FREE!

Walee provides online earning Opportunities for digitally-connected individuals to sell products and services for Businesses, by using their networks on digital platforms and social media, and offline using personal and professional networks. Walee makes it possible for Businesses and brands to work with Influencers, Bloggers and Agents to track and measure performance efficiently, cost-effectively and at scale.
Example: Let’s say you’re an e-commerce company that sells t-shirts using our Influencers. Based on your target outcomes, you could use partnership options matched to different Influencers with different objectives for each Campaign, such as:
Sales from fashion websites specializing in T-Shirts or general fashion wear
Brand awareness from clothing review sites to generate web traffic
High-value leads from Instagram and YouTube Influencers in selected cities to promote your “Buy 2 get 1 free T-Shirt deal”
Other outcomes could range from driving newsletter Sign ups, generating reseller leads or even helping build attendance at your next sales conference event.
You simply pay based on what was delivered. Just pay for real results.
Why do I need to verify my Email Address and Mobile Number ?
We need to ensure you’ve entered a correct Email Address and Mobile Number so that we can contact you at a valid number.
What should I do after Sign Up when an error message is shown?
Please report your system error - be sure to add screenshot or take a note of what error message you’re getting where so we can follow-up: email us at support@walee.ae.
After Sign Up, how can I create a Campaign?
You should update your Profile immediately so that you can create a Campaign Opportunities and promote your Business.
Why is my Profile rejected?

How long does it take to validate my Walee Profile?
Our team will review your details and it should take up to one working day.
How do I update my Proof of ID?
- To update your Proof of ID, go to Profile screen by clicking Profile icon from footer navigation bar
- Click on Personal Information button in the Profile setting section
- From your Personal Information screen, you can update your Proof of ID
- After updating, click on update button to save your changes
On my profile screen I can see Pending. What’s it?
Pending means that you have completed your Profile with all the mandatory information and is pending at Walee’s Customer Service Team to approve.
What’s a Campaign?
A Campaign Opportunities can be considered a ‘mini’ project by which the channel is one way to promote your brand, products or website.
Why is my campaign is not accepted or rejected yet?
We can take up to three working days to review and Publish your Campaign Opportunities. After this period, you can email us at support@walee.ae with the title Campaign not published and include your Username and Mobile Number** Note, we process these requests during working hours.
Why can’t I Publish my Campaign?
Make sure you have Validated Profile, and you have minimum PKR 10,000 balance in your Walee Pocket. If your Campaign Opportunities is not published after three working days, email us at support@walee.ae with the title Campaign not published and include your Username and Mobile Number. Note, we process these requests during working hours.
How many Campaigns I can publish?
Depending on the Campaign Opportunities type i.e. Sales or Impressions or Views, you can run one of each Campaign Opportunities type at a single time.
What’s an Active Campaign?
An Active Campaign means the Campaign Opportunities has been Published and so can be viewed by all Influencers, who can now apply by following the eligiblity requirements and instructions.
What’s a Draft Campaign?
A Draft Campaign refers to your Campaign Opportunities status, and means you can still edit your Campaign until it is Published. Note, you must have the minimum Topup amount in your Pocket Pocket to Publish a Draft Campaign Opportunities.
How can influencers help me promote my business, brand or product?
Followers of Influencers are highly persuaded by their content. So when collaborating and depending on your Campaign Opportunities requirements as Publsihed, Influencers can share their views and assessments of your Business, brand and products.
How many applications I can accept?
You can accept up to the number of applicants according to your selected Campaign Opportunities package:
50 Influencers for PKR 10,000
100 Influencers for PKR 20,000
200 Influencers for PKR 30,000
How can I publish my Campaign?
To Publish your Campaign Opportunities, ensure you have completed your Profile and topped up your Walee Pocket to at least the Campaign amount. To Publish your Campaign, follow these steps:
- Click Campaigns Opportunities icon from the bottom navigation bar to access your Campaign list page
- Click View Detail vd button on the Campaign
- Click on publish button
- Your Campaign Opportunities will be Published after our Walee Business Services Team approves the content
How can I cancel my Live Campaign?
Email us at support@walee.ae with the title Cancel Live Campaign and add all relevant information including your Username, Campaign Name, reason to cancel and your contact Mobile Number. Note, we process these requests during working hours.
How can I check if my Campaign is approved for publishing or not?
To check your Campaign’s status:
- Click Campaign Opportunities icon from the bottom navigation bar to access your Campaign list page
- Check the label on your Campaign: Published, Rejected, Under Review
How can I update my Campaign details after my Campaign is published?
To update your Campaign details, email support@walee.ae with the title Update Campaign Details and state your changes.

How can I review my Transaction History?
To view your Transaction History:
- Click on Pocket Pocket icon at the bottom of your navigation bar to access your Pocket screen
- Click on the th button for all your transaction to be displayed
- To search for a specific transaction, enter a valid Transaction ID in a search box named with Tx ID
What’s the minimum Balance needed to Publish a Campaign?
You need a minimum Walee Pocket Balance of PKR 10,000 to Publish your Campaign Opportunities.
How do I link my Walee Pocket to my bank account?
- To link Walee Pocket Pocket to your bank account, goto Profile screen by clicking Profile Profile icon from bottom navigation bar
- Click on bank details button on the Profile setting section
- Select your bank from the dropdown list
- Enter your Bank Account Title and Account Number, exactly as shared with you by the your payment provider
- Click on add button to save your changes
Can I link more than one bank account to my Walee Pocket?
No, you can’t link more than one account to your Walee Pocket Pocket
Will I be charged any fees for transferring funds form my bank account to my Walee Pocket?
Typically, there is a minimal charge for funds transfers and varies according to your bank and payment provider. For now, we are offering these services for FREE, though other bank charges may apply.
